Each employee is a respected member of the health care team and assumes responsibility for the care and safety of the residents. Fairacres Manor is proud of our highly trained and caring staff. Our staff members strive for excellence and often go the extra mile to provide for the need of each resident. The following managers are available shaould any concerns arise that need attention.

Administrator- Kathleen Mekelburg is directly responsible for the day-to-day
operations of the facility, including resident and employee satisfaction.
The Administrator
is accountable for everything that goes on in the facility, seeing that
every aspect of operations meet state, federal and local guidelines. |

Director of Nursing- Marla Trujillo assumes responsibility for the overall quality of care provided to all residents and is charged with ensuring that all of the medical, comfort and physical needs of the residents, as directed by the resident's personal physician, are met. Our nursing staff is comprised of the Assistant Director of Nursing, Staff Development Coordinator, Registered Nurses, Licensed Practiced Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Restorative aides and Bath Aides. |
